'Allow me to return to my previous position of ignorance.'

I'm not upset, quite the opposite. I'm heartless. I broke up with my boyfriend and felt nothing. I don't care about anything any more. Nothing gets to me (bar my mother.)  It's not a bad thing, I know, but it is when every emotion is clearly not there. I can be happy, I can giggle and have a laugh and I can get those small 'cry' moments. But I don't cry. My depression has gone from overwhelming to completely the opposite. The pain I felt just went away within a week.

I literally feel heartless.

'My mind rebels at stagnation. Give me problems! Give me work!'

If I were to say one thing, it would be; 'Nothing is forever.' What you feel, it's temporary. It too shall pass.

Forever is eternity, and we are not eternal. This moment, this life, is your load to do with what you please. You have 90, or so, years to hand it back. You have the power to return it at any time. Will you? If you keep it, what will you do with it?

I promise you it's a good movie. Best part? You're the director. Improvise, adapt, overcome. Don't follow the script, don't fix mistakes and never regret what you didn't do; do them.

"Things change. And friends leave. And life doesn’t stop for anybody."

It’s a funny thing. Time ticks on, never slows down, never stops. There’s never enough, but there is far to much. And before you know it, you’re old and you’re dying.
‘We’ll do it later.’
‘Maybe next year?’
Time has no respect. Time doesn’t listen to prayers. Time just keeps rolling, next take, play the movie; it’s almost over; You’ve had your 90 odd years.
And what did you do with them?
*
We have no notion of respect. We expect but do not give. We are selfish individuals. No one does anything for nothing. Humanity is what it is; there is no miracle cure. And that is how it is going to be. I honestly believe that humanity and society has reached its moral maturity.
Does anyone know right from wrong any more?
Don’t follow in each others footsteps, stand out and walk away. Believe what you believe and let no one brainwash you into thinking any different. Dreamers, and lovers and fighters is what we need; not sheep.

If this is God: I don't like it.

Time for a very touchy subject. So, avert your eyes and hide your children; I am going to discuss religion.

Coming from some one who has been on both sides of subject, I have a pretty wide view of it. From ages 12 until 15 I was a church goer. Devoted, read bible everything. But I prayed every night, asking God to help me with my self injury and eating disorder, to help with family life and family illness. Nothing. I got nothing. Only lately have I lost the eating disorder and self injury. And that was of will power. Praying and God had nothing to do with it.

What can I say? I strongly dislike religion. I wouldn't go as far as to say I hate it, but it's not far off.

To love Christ and to be a Christian are two different things these days. People judge each other. They hate each other. Jesus did not discriminate; so why are we?

To sit for an hour every week (or so) and listen to something you don't like or believe is sick and wrong. Its fake and disrespectful to pretend. It's like lying.

Religion is your own choice. If you want to believe, go ahead. But don't force it down peoples throats. Don't make people believe what they don't want to.

Keep it to yourself.
